B&B Truss shapes and sizes are limited primarily by manufacturing capabilities, shipping limitations and handling considerations. Virtually any roof shape or area can be achieved through the flexibility of wood trusses.

All B&B Trusses are custom built, allowing the team to work around shapes, sizes and loading conditions. Competitive pricing, ease of fabrication, fast delivery and simplified erection procedures make wood trusses a practical choice for many roofing and flooring applications.

High strength-to-weight ratios can permit long spans and greater flexibility in floor layouts by reducing the need for interior load-bearing walls.

END-TO-END SERVICE

From dimensions to installation.

The current B&B Truss service model has four distinct stages: Design, Manufacture, Delivery and After Sales Support.

Design

After an order is confirmed, dimensions are checked. Skilled technicians then design the truss using current software. Designs are accompanied by detailed calculations, sections and quality arrangement plans.

Manufacture

Trusses are manufactured with modern equipment and machinery using quality raw materials. B&B Truss states that it has produced trusses over 34 metres long and 5 metres tall.

03

Delivery

Trusses are delivered using a rigid, non-articulated lorry adapted for trusses, with its own crane for unloading at the job site. The company states its lorry can handle trusses of different spans and heights.

04

After Sales Support

The team remains available for questions concerning roof-related aspects after delivery. Engineering staff focus on detail from manufacturing through onsite installation.

OUR STORY

Founded in Surrey in 1992.

B&B Truss was founded in 1992 in Surrey, British Columbia, by partners Bill Sandhu and Bruce Hakkak. The company's stated purpose was to supply engineered wood products to the building industry.

According to the current company website, B&B Truss has grown into an established engineered-truss manufacturer with more than 100 employees and numerous business achievement awards.
